Introduction – Explore My JobNotFound IT Career Story
Hi, I’m Piotr Krysiak. Welcome to my JobNotFound IT Career Story, where I share my path from marketing to IT and why I built JobNotFound to help others succeed. If you’re starting your IT career, switching fields, or exploring the job market, this guide is for you.
My Journey to IT – From Marketing to Analysis
I began as a Content Editor, managing SEO and digital marketing for 5 years. Then, I ran my own business for 4 years, gaining experience in management and operations.
My IT career launched when I worked as a financial analyst at a cloud services startup. Over 16 months, I discovered my passion for IT and data analysis. I transitioned to a business analyst role for 13 months, focusing on BPMN, UML, and requirements analysis while completing postgraduate studies in IT business analysis.
Today, I am a Back Office Manager, overseeing finances and operations, while pursuing my passions: data analysis, Power BI, Excel, and AI.
Why I Built JobNotFound IT Career Guide
Job searching in IT often feels like survival. Many juniors struggle due to unclear advice and confusing online resources.
JobNotFound IT Career Guide Supports:
- Beginners seeking their first IT job
- Career changers entering IT
- Professionals analyzing IT job market trends
The blog offers IT job tips, industry insights, recruitment absurdities, and memes—because humor is essential for surviving the IT job hunt!
The IT Industry: My Frustrations and Passions
- Frustrations: Juniors face unrealistic job requirements, like 5 years of experience for entry-level roles. Employers should nurture talent and growth.
- Passions: I love contributing to technological progress and making an impact. For me, IT is about shaping the future, not just coding.
